Trade Slect SilverFloor is a premium-grade, double-sided reflective underfloor insulation, engineered for high-performance and durability in both residential and commercial applications. It is specifically designed to be installed beneath floors that feature a sealed air space between the flooring and the enclosed sub-floor, providing exceptional thermal insulation while managing moisture buildup.

SilverFloor’s structure consists of six layers, including anti-oxidant UV-stabilized woven polypropylene and polymer flood coat layers for enhanced durability. The product also features a fire-resistant polymer adhesive and 97% reflective aluminium foil on both sides, significantly improving the R-value by reflecting heat, which contributes to maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures.

Additionally, Trade Select SilverFloor includes strategically placed 5 mm weep holes at 400 mm intervals to manage moisture effectively by allowing water and vapor to escape, preventing moisture-related damage like mould growth.
