Its construction, featuring double-sided reflective surfaces, significantly enhances the R-value of your floor system, helping maintain optimal indoor temperatures while reducing energy consumption. This product is particularly well-suited for installation beneath floors that have a sealed air space between the flooring and the enclosed sub-floor area.

Innovative Design and Structure:

Trade Select SilverFloor consists of six highly flexible layers, engineered for durability and superior performance. These layers include anti-oxidant UV-stabilized woven polypropylene and polymer flood coat, ensuring the product withstands heavy-duty applications. The reflective aluminum foil on both sides boosts thermal performance by reflecting up to 97% of radiant heat.

Moisture Management:

To prevent moisture buildup beneath the flooring, Trade Select SilverFloor incorporates 5 mm weep holes spaced at 400mm intervals throughout the membrane. These holes allow water and vapor to escape, maintaining a dry environment and reducing the risk of mold growth or structural damage.
